Fab and Fit Challenges
We want to be strong, fit, healthy and powerful. And we should want that to be easy to obtain - right? At Jazzercise Concord our Fab and Fit Challenges are designed to target different muscle groups each month. We challenge ourselves to do more - to work harder for the results we want. We do it as a team, mostly in class with our peers.
